Our offerings include hospital companions, doctor appointment booking, admission/discharge support, routine health checks, medicine reminders, and family status updates.

5. Booking & Confirmation

Bookings can be requested via our website form, phone, or official WhatsApp channel. Service confirmations are issued upon verification of care requirements, companion allocation, and receipt of applicable advance payments or plan subscriptions.

6. Pricing & Payments

All service prices are clearly communicated prior to confirmation:

• Dr. Buddy Basic Care Plan (₹2,499/month): Includes health monitoring, vitals tracking, medicine reminders, appointment coordination, family updates, and basic blood test (included once per plan period). The exact number and duration of physical visits included in ₹2,499 will be displayed after final confirmation. Additional visits are charged separately.
• Customized Care Plan: Priced as per custom requirement for frequent hospital visits, extended companion hours, or specialized post-hospital support.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Subscription cancellations or companion visit rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled visit. Refunds for unused plan periods or cancelled requests will be processed after deducting applicable administrative and companion dispatch costs.

8. Service Availability

All services and physical companion visits are subject to geographic operational boundaries, partner availability, and staff scheduling. Dr. Buddy reserves the right to decline or reschedule service requests in unserviceable locations.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate and honest health history, physician instructions, and contact details.
• Ensure a safe and respectful environment for care companions during home visits.
• Inform Dr. Buddy promptly of any change in the patient's medical condition or emergency contacts.

10. Third-Party Doctors, Hospitals & Service Providers

Dr. Buddy coordinates with independent doctors, hospitals, diagnostic labs, and ambulance providers. These third-party entities operate independently. Dr. Buddy is not responsible for medical outcomes, diagnosis accuracy, or service delays caused by third-party facilities.

11. Medicines & Diagnostic Services

Medicine procurement and diagnostic test bookings are coordinated through licensed third-party pharmacies and lab partners:

• Basic Blood Test Clause: Basic blood test included once during the applicable plan period, subject to service area and test availability.
• Prescription Requirements: Medicines are coordinated strictly in accordance with valid doctor prescriptions provided by the user.

12. Limitation of Liability
